When the first million pixels are sold, a draw will take place where one participant’s website will be drawn.

- The sale of the one millionth pixel will determine the date of the draw.
- Prizes are not transferable and/or negotiable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

- Prize winner may be requested to participate in publicity. The winner grants permission for the use of his/her name and photographs in any advertising and/or promotional material.
- The winner unconditionally and irrevocably indemnifies and holds harmless twomillionsouthafricanpix.com and
Eclectic International Export cc and its successors, employees, agents, consultants, directors and members against all and any
losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, (direct consequential or otherwise), liability, demands,
expenses, legal costs (on an attorney and own client basis), medical costs or other costs howsoever arising out of,
based upon, or in connection with (directly or indirectly) the winner , to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Only websites with cleared payments will be taken into consideration for this price.
- Income taxes relating to the prizes, the registration of the vehicle, and the transporting costs of the vehicle to the winner’s
destination are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
- The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Twomillionsouthafricanpix.com and Eclectic International Export cc reserves the right to cancel or alter any aspect of the
prize or donation at any time at its sole discretion without liability.
- The winner will be contacted via contact details as supplied by his/her website.
- Should twomillionsouthafricanpix.com/Eclectic International Export cc fail to get hold of the winner within 7 days,
another winner will be drawn and notified.
- Should the winner decide on the Nissan Hardbody, no pay out will be done on the price difference.
